Not bad

For a first animation, it's alright. It's a bit rough on the animation. My sound card is on the fritz, so I can't really comment on that if there is any soundtrack. I'd say keep working at it. You'll do just fine with Flash.

It did come out nicely

I enjoyed the art style, your selection of music, and the use of colors was inviting. Very good composition. And the story was enjoyable, too.

Butzbo responds:

HEY THANKS!
The story had a bunch of changes on the 'making', and good thing it's enjoyable!

Interesting

While the animation's a bit rough, it's got a lot going for it.

For one thing, you at least put some effort into it. No lame stick figures or crazy gore effects. And the story, though short, is it's own concept. It looks like you're still getting the hang of the program. Keep it up. You've got the right idea. :)

Excellent!

You're an inspiration, as always, Adam. Been a fan since a friend of mine introduced me to Littlefoot some three years ago. Great execution (hell, it IS in Flash), love the backstory, and the development of even more unique characters. I'm definitely curious to find out who that was at the end there. :)

Looking forward to the next installment.

Incredible!

That was a great animation.

The story was very good, the animation was very good, and the song was definitely fitting to the whole message. Motivational and uplifting, to say the least. I hope to see more from you in the near future. Excellent job!

You've definitely earned the front page!

Very clever! Very original!

I've checked out your entire series. You've got a good imagination, and a nice sense of interaction with your characters, whether it's the pencil or your hand. And not just in this episode.

Overall, very nice work. The sound effects were good, the expressions perfect, the animation done well, and the story was good. Definitely liked the Alice in Wonderland reference, and the bit at the end.

Keep up the excellent work.

Very good.

The story is very cool. A second chance for a vagabond. Why not?

Animation was good, the sound quality was good, and the voices were pretty well done - for those that were used. Muffled or not, the devil's voice was very fitting to the character.

Finally, the subtitles and extra features were a noce addition. I'm working on an animation project myself, and its good to see someone else has this idea. :)

Keep up the excellent work. I hope to see part 2 soon enough.

Very cool!

The animation was great, and the story was awesome. I liked how you segued into the second series, too. Very clever.

Your choice of music was pretty good, and the lack of sound otherwise was a nice touch to the storytelling element. Keep up the great animations! :D

Classic!

Great animation, Johnny. I liked the silent film style, the graphics, the animation, and your own Utah wit - " those tallywackers known as the Decepticons." :3

Missing story or not, the overall execution was great.

No kidding!

I love the MGS series as much as anyone could, but you definitely nailed Kojima's idea of story telling. Super-long and (honestly) boring cutscenes, implausible plot development, predictable twists, and 'convenient' fan service. Good job.

Galneda responds:

I wish I could've conveyed all of that more with the "Really Long Cut-Scene" scene, but I felt I copped out by just using a random wikipedia article which shared no relevance to what was going on.

With the exception of Kojima having a tendency to use jpegs and stock footage in his cut-scenes, I should've parodied how cinematic they were instead of how irrelevant they can be.

Either way, really, thanks for the ten, bro!
